Copenhagen?
This
photo looks like Copenhagen, based on the one visit that I have
ever made in 2002. Does anyone recognise the street, or can throw
any light on the gathering here?qqqq

Sgt Donald Jeffs
This photograph shows dad with a Mr Pedersen who was his host during
his visit. It is thought Mr Pedersen was the local mayor at the
time? In a recent book by the author Martyn Ford-Jones called 'Oxford's
Own', Mr Pedersen is shown on the Litle Belt bridge with a caption
saying he is my father! |

Jørgen
Pedersen
This photograph shows the Pedersen family, and is newly
aquired from a new contact in Canada. My father lost
contact with Mr Pedersen in the late 60's, so any of my Danish friends
know what happened to them? |

Enjoying the Belt
This shows my father wth his pal Fred on the Little Belt. Who is
the gentleman rowing? |

Danish Navy
These naval vessels are flying the Danish flag.
Presumably only a year earlier they would have carried a German
one? |

The gentleman pictured here is thought to be the harbour master
for Middelfart. If so he may be recorded somewhere, and therefore
one of my Danish friends may be able to find his name, and any surviving
relatives perhaps? Also, is
the litle boy in the background still with us as he may remeber
this trip? |

Danish Friends
These gentlemen were the ones my father has always remebered. The
one on the right we believe to be Mr Pedersen of Middelfart, but
my father cannot remember who the one on the left is. Can you help? |

The two male escorts are dad and Fred, but who is the lady in the
middle? It is believed she is the wife of Mr Pedersn, and that
Mr Pedersen was taking the photograph.

Dad
on the water
This is my father enjoying a boat trip. Sorry the photograph is
a bit hazy as it was obviously taken into the sun.
